By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms1. Payment & PricingAll prices are listed in USD.
Full payment is required upfront before I begin working. OR: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot, with the remaining 50% due upon approval of the final sketch/draft.
payments are accepted via PayPal.2. Process & RevisionsTimeline: Please allow 1–4 days depending on my schedule for completion. I will keep you updated on the progress.
Revisions: You are entitled to 2 rounds of minor changes during the sketching/draft phase. Major changes requested after line art or final coloring may incur an extra fee.3. Copyright & UsageArtist Rights: I retain the full copyright of the artwork. This includes the right to display, post, or use the piece in my portfolio and social media.
Client Rights (Personal Use): You receive the right to use the artwork for personal use (e.g., social media icons, printing for yourself, sharing with credit).
Commercial Use: You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes (merchandise, branding, resale) unless a commercial fee is explicitly discussed and paid for upfront.4. Cancellation & RefundsIf I have to cancel your commission for any reason, you will receive a 100% refund.
If you wish to cancel after work has already begun, a refund will be calculated based on how much work has been completed (minus a non-refundable deposit/drafting fee). No refunds are given once the final piece is completed.
